While virtual assistance is part of what I do, my work often sits somewhere between administration, content, digital support and business organisation.
One day I might be preparing a newsletter, the next I might be scheduling social media content, editing a podcast, creating a branded resource or sorting out a system that has become messy over time.
That variety is exactly why I love this work.
My goal is to become a reliable extension of the businesses I support. Someone who understands how things are done, can work independently and can be trusted to follow things through.
Hi, I’m Katelyn, the face behind Taylor Made Digital Support.
My background spans administration, customer service, training and assessment, business support, social media and digital content. Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of industries, including education, vocational training, early childhood, creative businesses, real estate, dance and retail.
That variety has shaped the way I work.
I understand that good support is rarely just about completing one isolated task. It’s about seeing how the pieces fit together, keeping things organised, communicating clearly and making sure the details don’t get missed.
That’s what I bring to the businesses I work with.
Taylor Made Digital Support was created to give small businesses access to experienced, flexible support without needing to employ someone in-house. I help with the work that keeps a business moving behind the scenes — from admin and content to newsletters, podcast support, digital resources and organisation.
